305 Tpi mod advice

Re: 305 Tpi mod advice
It's never going to be an LS. However, it's a torque monster that is amazing to drive.
My 1st mod in 1989 was the 1LE alum driveshaft. Not because I wanted too, but because the car had a nasty vibe in 5th gear, and the dealer couldn't fix it. In fact, it ruined the original T5, and the dealer replaced it.
Not 1 thing negative about the alum driveshaft. I'm happy I spent the $200 back in 1989 at the dealer.
The AIR stuff & CATS can all go away now in most states.
The underdrive pulley. I never did it, but I'm sure it would help.

I don't comment much on this form but I will this time. That's just a stupid *** comment to make. How about just helping this fellow Camaro enthusiast and offer some good advise.

I always tell people to buy a slightly used Acura or Lexus instead of the equivalent Honda / Toyota. Let someone else take the depreciation hit and enjoy the luxury.

I would do the 1.6rr and headers along with all the normal maintenance to make Shure it's running correct. underdrive and runners are kinda a waste of money for the return. A higher stall TQ converter and Corvette servo with 3.42 or 3.73 will make it quicker
