So this year ive been busy with buying parts. My combo now includes. Gmmg performace exhaust. Headers, 52mm throttle body 373 posi rear'adjustable fuel press regulater, slp runners ported, acell tpi intake manifold and ported plenum. This car is going to be mainly driven on the streets I am however going to get it tuned done either mail in tune or something else to eliminate vats and air. going to be upgraded to 180 degree thermostat. do you think it's a worthwhile investment going into 24 pound injectors rather than keeping the 22 pounds. I personally think 22 pounds would be adequate for my usage. After all I am still having a stock heads and cam in the car. can a 22 pound injectors handle higher fuel pressure?also I heard rumors of certain injectors not fitting right in aftermarket tpi manifolds. just on a side note does anyone know if the intake manifold bolts for the stock tpi manifold work on an aftermarket tpi manifold are they the same size?

Yes. I figured since im already replacing my intake i would throw some new injectors on due to mine look like they are old. Thinking 22lb bosch lll are a good. Have to mod them to fit in tpi base with double o ring.

Southbay sells Bosch IIIs with an adapter that will make them fit perfectly. I got a set from them about 6 months ago for my IROC, and they're great.

You can run the bosch 22's up to 80psi without a problem, So yes they can definitely handle a higher pressure. They will fit any application. The only time that we don't apply our adapter to the bottom is if you have an aftermarket intake.....
