52mm TB, Speed Density, Setting idle adjustment

Hi Folks

have a H/C/I 5.7SD TPI that I'm in the process of tuning.

i had the work done from a shop and they set the idle adjustment screw quite high to stop the car stalling to get me home. I've set it back all the way and its stalling on me when warm. No doubt because of the cam (xfi268) that wants to have a higher idle

I'm now also getting a TPS Low Code 22. The sensor is the original and am going to replace it for good measure

I wondered if anyone had any tips for setting the minimum idle speed on an SD TPI car. Most of what I've read seems to concern MAF cars

thanks

The setting procedure is the same.
You disable ECM control of the IAC , set min air (idle )with adjust screw then reconnect the IAC

If you have a cam that won't idle at the stock RPM then you are up sh*t creek without a new tune because the
stock ECM settings will keep trying to pull the idle down regardless what you do with the min air (idle ) screw trying to set a higher idle
