Confirm if i should replace injectors.

Confirm if i should replace injectors.
Hey guys, after getting my injectors to fire with the noid light correctly i am now having some running problems. What happens is the car barely runs. If i crank it over i have to kinda flutter the gas to get it started and keep it running. Once started i can hold the rpms steady. But i have to hold the throttle open some to do so. Then if i give it gas it seems like it is struggling to accelerate in rpms. I definitely cant gun it or else it will stumble alot.
It is only firing on a few cylinders. I can grab multiple header tubes after it running for about 30 seconds. It seems to only really be firing good on #3 and #8 cylinders.(Would burn the heck outve me if i grabbed the header tubes).
I have checked the plugs and the ones that are firing are black and carboned up. The ones that arent firing are really wet(black wet). I have put different plugs in it with the same results. They appear to have good spark too. Ive tryed setting the IAC with the same results when its unplugged. I have also checked the TPS and it is set correctly. .54omhs resting and 4-5 WOT.
My question is, is this a sign of the injectors being shot/stuck/leaking? They all appear to ohm out around 16.5-17.0(I cant tell for sure since im using a analog multimeter set to 10k.) But regardless of what ohm value they are, they are all the same. Is there anything else i should/could check before i go spend the money on the set of injectors im looking at? Its a 400ci with 19lbs injectors and a 305 prom. Im going to be getting 24lbs injectors if they are indeed bad.

Re: Confirm if i should replace injectors.
If they ohm out I would assume they are good unless they are all clogged up but since the plugs are wet it seems like they are working. Have you tried taking a spark plug from one of the dead cylinders and grounding it against the block while someone cranks the motor over to check for spark? It sounds like possibly a distributor issue.

Yes, I checked #1 cyclinder that way. It sparks. Last i ran it, it was running(horribly) but enough to be able to check the timing. I set it to 6(ish) with the EST disconnected. Of course this was with me holding the rpms steady(ish) around 1200-1500rpms. I know that isnt 100% the correct way of doing it. But atleast i know it is as close as i could achieve at the time with the way it is running.
Im half tempted to yank the distributor out of my dads 90 corvette to be able to see what it does. But i believe the distributor gear on that will be for the newer roller engines and cam gear.(my engine is pre 86 obviously since its a 400) What should i go about checking on my distributor then if it could be that?

Re: Confirm if i should replace injectors.
Yes its been out recently. I actually had it out earlier this week to start from scratch on the timing. This is the first time the engine has been started in quite a while. Bought the car without the engine and slapped this engine in it that was in my dads old blazer. The distributor came with the wiring harness i got for the car since it wasnt an original TPI car.
