Problem Solved, I ordered a EZ EFI that has a built in wizard and has the ability to learn as you drive. Yea..... with a Wide Band O2. The problem was easy to solve

The end of the Masters degree in Gm TPI and being a test specialist or troubleshooting nightmare. Hooked up the EZ EFI system that had 1/3 the wire connections and was so so Simple to hook up, it took 1hour then going thought the EZ Wizard and WOW! Started first time, Idled Perfect! Thottle responce was Neck Snapping and clean. Then the ability to monitor the system running without aftermarket tools,scanners or a computer, was worth it just for that. One of the Best Items I have ever purchased, Hands Down, Hassle free. Worth every Dollar. It even worked with my L98 TPI 350 Resorted intake without any modtifcations.

For those who want to tinker endlessly with test meters,scanners and Dataloggers and spend hours upon hours checking connections, running probes, test leads, reading endless forum threads only to end with (still doesnt run right) or ( Im going to replace that sensor and see if that fixes it) then this is not for you. Or the mutipage fourm thread that just ends with no fix.

.. So you replaced the TPI throttle body with a 4 bbl. EZ on the front of the TPI plenum? Sounds like you're all set till it has a problem...

Nope all stock L98 TPI, EZ EFI has a replacement Multi injector kit for GM. Check out there site and read on. The best part is your getting a New 2012 Computer system, Not a Used 80's system that can not be bought new, your stuck buying a Used unit or a Used unit, then the mas problems of Memcals,Prom's and then the several issues of how do I really see what the computer see's. Scanner $$ maybe Datalogger $$, but dont forget the computer software $$, drivers. Man how much free time does a person need to just enjoy there car or truck???? I really have so many other things to do.
But I respect the person who enjoys the constant non stop problems of the 80's computer system, it's like using a Commadore 64 computer or Apple 2E.
I like vintage items just not 20yr old out dated fuel injection computers, if you can bring the L98 cars into the future with an updated computer system, thats cheaper in the long run, why not. The system still looks like a stock L98, but with a computer system thats 100 times better and learns as you drive with the ablility to watch what the computer see's and make changes without pulling out a computer chip and playing the Burning computer chip game $$$$

Update: The EZ EFI L98 computer and harness are running strong and hard, The thottle responce is beyond anything I have ever felt. Would recommend this wiring harness and compter swap to anyone.
