Spark Plugs

I have a 305 tpi jus rebuilt with a mild cam. running southbay 22lb injectors fed by a bbk fuel pump have my psi set at 42lbs. dui dizzy, taylor 8mm wires, accel shorty plugs. its runnin pretty good but can see the bottom of the head lighting up blue from the spark plug. did this also with msd wires jus wondering wat would cause a plug to glow like this. any input would be appreciated thanks guys.

A 305 with 22's? Stock replacement for a 305 is 19lb

the cars not stock, its bored over flat top pistons, comp cams xe 256, heads been milled and valve job, jus thought the 22s would do me better. still dont kno why the plugs are like that its not glowing hot, you see the spark travelin thro the plug.
