Help low compression, misfire, carbon fouled

I got a 89 IROC 5.0 tpi problem is i just got a misfire out of nowhere. I changed out plugs, new plug wires, cap and rotor. Plugs on 2,4,6,7 had more carbon on them then the others. Still misfired down the block. Checked fuel pressure and is steady at 50 psi. Put in fresh fuel and as engine got to operating temp I stopped at the QT and on the way out I started it and it only cranked but did not start. After a few minutes letting it sit I started it right up and got it home, turned off engine and tried to start it again and it did not start until it sat for about 5mon or so. Put in new ign module and misfire was still present the next day. Checked injectors and one is reading at1.5ohms on 5 and about 10ohm on cylinders 4,6.Checked compression and all cylinders are around 60-65 psi even after putting oil in cylinders. When engine warms up their is a clicking noise in the engine somewhere any suggestions. I think the chain may have jumped, I checked the timing and it's at 0deg now

did i read your post correctly? Your injectors ohm'd out at 1.5 and 10? If that is the case your injectors are shot!

new timing chain on and timing reset. Seams to run better dosent have that misfire under acceleration but it does run rough. Ordered new injectors today from southbay. cause i know a few of them are bad, hope this fixes this problem
