Car: 89' camaro RS TTOP
Engine: 92 5.0tpi Bosch III, headers, msd
Transmission: 700r4 built. trans go. 2,300 stall
Axle/Gears: 3:73 posi ls disc brake conversion
tbi cam same as tpi cam. 1991 long block
I have a junk long block tpi and a good tbi longblock. will the tpi setup work on top of the tbi longblock? This is a 1991 camaro z-28 305. Thanks guys...

Axle/Gears: 2.73 with 4th gen brakes

the tbi cam is smaller then either tpi cam. itll fit but will not impress. torque would be over powering tho.

I'm building a new 305 for my Camaro using heads, cam, tpi setup from original, but using a 91 305 truck long block originally equip tbi. What I need to know is will my roller cam fit in this block. I know I have to swap over those roller lifter retainers.
