I have a 1986 305 tpi ive been doin some work to it for about the last 5 months so far this is wat ive done 1.6 roller tipped rockers, hooker 2055 headers, accel 19lbs injectors, bbk afpr, siamesed the runners and plenum new cap rotor, ignition module, plugs, wires, k&n air filter, jet stage 2 chip, probably missin somethin but its really hard to start on a cold start up takes about 10 trys to get it to idle. i had my afpr set to 48.5 psi and at that to codes popped up 34 and 44 so i bumped the psi up to 50 reset the computer now only 44 comes up. it seems to do good at higher rpms but starts to get choppy and sometimes even dies when i come to a stop. i dont have my rpm gauge either but all of my other gauges work and no fuse is popped either. lookin for a lil help so get this thing runnin right see wat it can do thanks a lot...
