383 build

hi guys and gals to make a long story short ,my gta spun a berring and i have to rebuild, can't really complain cause she ran strong for 10 years. so now i'm leaning towards a 383 build with eagle internals ,debating on flat top or dome, and getting some port work done to my 113's also a lt1 intake and keeping my crane 2032 cam .with this combo what would my compression be ,im trying to keep it at 10 or below . any feedback would be helpful
