odd problem

trying to get the bird running right because it was missing and smoking and so on, I've changed out the Fuel pump, fuel filter, air filter, fuel regulator, MAF, cap, rotor, plugs, wires. Its running better but is still missing/ running rough and pluming a light colored smoke when given gas, in addition to that, the rear driver side runner from the plenum to the manifold is crazy cold when the car is running. So cold it condensates like a soda out of the cooler

Re: odd problem

Injectors? Worn engine?

As for the cold runner, I don't think many here will think of that as much of a problem. I say try and figure it out then make the rest of them match. Be sure to tell us what's causing it. ;-)

Re: odd problem

I wouldn't mind it being cold if it were supposed to be, but its so cold its like grabbing the AC lines (no AC in my car so its not a suspect). I'm sure that it can't be good and that is why im wanting to get it figured out.

Re: odd problem

IAC, TPS, new and adjusted. Timing adjusted. Plenum still cold, going to replace injectors. New symptom, plenum is full of gasoline, as in i took it off and it poured all over the top of the engine

Well, there you go. Most like coming thru the vacuum host to the pressure regulator. That would explain the cold runner.
