im currently rebuilding an engine from an 85 corvette and im doing the fuel rail right now. unfortunately i lost one of the clips that holds the fuel injectors in place. does anyone know where i can get a new one or find a used one? thanks.

I have seen sets of injector clips available at parts stores. Check the Dorman/Motormite HELP! section for random parts like these. You could also get AC/Delco 17111267 from any number of sources.

oh man i am so gld i am not the only one who has done this, i actually broke a few off my 86 trans am when i put new injectors on and i just ended up going to a gm dealer and paid like 8 bucks for 5 of them, i live in a small town and noone else could get ahold of them

i finally was able to get some from the stealership. i wonder why they come in sets of five when you need 8? oh well... i lost one on my carpet where i was rebuilding the fuel rail and i searched and searched and searched....and nothing. they should be in thursday and should have my car back together by sunday, which would be amazing since its been apart since november =/
