I know the recommended way is to remove the FP fuse and run the car until it dies but I've already removed my TB, plenum and runners and forgot to do this. What's the best way to relieve the fuel pressure?

Let the car sit overnight. Might not even take that long for the system to lose all pressure, if you leave it alone right now you'll prolly be low enough to take it apart by a little after lunch. I'd recommend hooters. Gives you a good excuse to take a long lunch, and hooter's babes can usualy appreciate a guy coming in right after they open covered in oil and gas and drinking beer so you don't even have to get changed.

Either that or you're gonna have to open the system by taking off a line from the rail or at the fuel filter, both of which are a mess.

edit...i just realized you originally posted this last night at almost midnight your time. You should be good to go. Still can't hurt to make a hooters run though just to be safe....

I just stick an old t-shirt above the water pump and disconnect the lines going to the fuel rail. Some gas leaks on my shirt, and then I clean something. It works well.
