Out with the old and in with the new...pics
...and congrats to Scott on his new purchase.
After over 6 years it was time for a change...and I bid farewall to an old friend. Here's the final pics of the IROC before I left to drop it at Scott's house.

Here's a couple pictures of it's new home (a little blurry unfortunately). It will be replacing the red GTA that it's parked beside.

No big plans right now...the exhaust is getting done this Saturday (high-flow cat and Magnaflow muffler with stainless tips), the short shifter and B&M t-handle are on order. It needs a good buffing to minimize some of the swirl marks (one of the unfortunate parts about having a black car), and dark grey leather seats are on their way too (gonna be swapping the cloth ones). Next year maybe headers and 4.10 gears...we'll see.

Hey Chris,
Why is my car in your sig. Just kidding. Don't sell your new car short, it is one fine looking ride. With the same love and affection that you showed White Lightening it will be a 4th gen to remember. Tough to give up a car that you have put so much into but it will be well cared for. The pics look great by the way.

Far quicker than the old...probably about an extra 70HP. And the T56 6-speed tranny has a lot to do with the feel of it of course. That was the big thing for me is I wanted to get back into a standard. The auto has it pluses though...I'm sure Scott will still enjoy the car.
