Not with the TTA but the 91 Mustang is racing a supercharged Cobra R tonight in Frederick, MD. His mustang ran 10.60 @135 at MIR on Friday and now he is gunning for my car. What do you think I should do? My car ran 11.64 @117 last week. He is not giving up a cars or the 'leave'. Do you think I can beat him? 'ON THE STREET'

LoL, your gonna need that 200 shot. Anyways, I saw you last night at Metro man. I was gonna say somethin, but I didnt see (your dad?) i'm guessin thats who he is. THe older guy...anyways, I left around 3:30, when that state trooper pulled somebody over at the finish line. my best friend said it was you that got pulled over, true or not? I dont know if you saw me, but i was driving my black '79 Firebird around, not to be confused with the black '78 that goes up there. but last night sure was kickin...i went friday night too and boy was it crowded. no cops came between 1:30 and 2:30, it was great. anyways, ttyl

The race with the Cobra R never happened. He wussed out!!! My son went down to Metro Saturday night. He didn't tell me he got pulled over. I was down there Friday night with the Tahoe sitting at the starting line. It was crazy down there. How about that race with the BMW and the MR2 turbo car? And that motorcycle guy in the parking lot pretending to be superman.

well i don tknow if that was him that got pulled over. But it was CRAZY on friday night. That BMW vs the MR2 was good, lol. Heres a little story about saturday night....I was turning left to get onto a ramp for the beltway, and this car behind me was turnign too and squeeled his wheels, well there was a undercover cop right behind him, and the cop flicks on his lights and siren...next thing i know this dumbass behind me comes flying up and passes me on the ramp, so i pull over and let the cop go chase his @ss. he caught him...so me and my friends leave, and come back 30 minutes later to see that there are now 2 cop cars and the guy is sitting on his trunk handcuffed, LoL. we couldnt help but to laugh. Saturday night there was also a race between a 3000GT and a Maxima with black wheels....you'd never guess who won...the Maxima, BIG TIME! He must have been sprayin the hell outta that thing, lol. All i know is I hadnt been to metro in 2 months, and God how i missed it, lol. I just hope i dont get pulled over, i lost my license and havent had time to go get another one

I live at University Heights Apts on the other side of RT-7. Do you ever hang out at Backyard on Old Centreville Road? I was there last Sat and saw that everyone parks at the Pepsi Plant and then race on that road.

Also, I live about 150 miles from Hampton roads. Have you ever raced at the old drag strip down there before they closed it several years ago?

Hey, 5.9GTA, that was my son getting a ticket for spinning wheels, he did a big burnout and the State boys pulled him over. Oh to be young and foolish again!!

LmAO! I knew that was your son! I got it on video tape, not the whole thing, just the cop pulled over with your son. My friend was tellin me about the big burnout he did..i hadnt arrive on the scene yet. So how old is your son? and i gotta ask...how did you react when he told you? (btw, sorry for rattin on him, i didnt know it was him, lol) I know my dad woulda KICKED my *** . I wish my dad didnt have a problem with me goin up there, he doesnt really know i dont think.

It didn't bother me, it's his life, his insurance, he'a 22 and married now. I was pissed that he got caught but I woulda been pissed if I got caught too. I can't complian about him going down there, because I want to go down there, been doing it for many years.

I've been out to Lilly Pond's several times recently when there was a race already setup but I haven't been to Fred'rock, at the movie theatre for a while.
