Review of TFATF

well, it really wasnt that bad of a movie. They really didnt bullsh*t around too much, in other words, they didnt make it sound like ricers were ligit 10 second cars with just exhaust and nitrous, they actually included the whole turbo thing (wow, they're being honest for a change)...and I cant say enough about the women and I did like how they had the head ***** guy owning a bad @$$ blown Charger/Challenger (i cant tell the diff.) And the supercharger didnt look as fake as everyone made it out to be, of course the belt was on for upclose shots, but you could still kind of tell there wasnt a belt on the blower while he was racing. So all in all, i'd go see it again with somebody who hasnt seen it. ****'s (4 stars) btw, i was extremely pissed off to come out of the movie theatre only to find it was RAINING!!! of all the days it has to rain too...ugh, God doesnt like me, lol. So i didnt get to whip up on some imports in my SS

Just got back from it myself, i thought it was pretty good. Dang i wish i had more money to sink into my ride. (needs quite a bit to make this thing fast) They had at least learned a thing or 2 about cars before making the movie, but i think they overdid the N20 a bit myself, and it wasn't the generic storyline with lots of chase seens movie i expected either. It was a legit cool movie. Supras are badazz cars but even with mad boost and n20 i don't think it'd hang with that charger. Most of the "car guys" from around here saw it tonight the same time i did, security kicked us all out of the parking lot though afterwards. For some reasons lots of 4cyl cars were doing burnouts after the movie.....

It was definitely a good movie with lots of action, but they did overdue it on the whole speed thing. The worst part was when the charger flipped over. Surprisingly I only saw a few rice cars after the movie.

Yea I just came back from it in my friends 97 Cobra, heh, all these ricers were going crazy reving their engines and my friend bolts to his Cobra leaving me no choice but to run too. We leave following this Del Sol that was doing burnouts and after he ate him alive he also destroyed a 91-92 RS. The RS said it only had no mufflers and headers, thats lies because the RS kept up better than the Del Sol. Hah, either way great movie and fun afterwards, too bad I didn't have my car tho, I get it back one day too late = /

I saw it today, I liked it. I didn't think I would like it cause of all the rice, but it was good since it wasn't really a Domestic vs. Import movie. It was pretty much Import vs. Import. Overall, I'd say it was worth the money.

I just got back from watching it also, I didn't like the movie very much though. none of those races were believable IMO. like cmon, you hit the nitrous button at 120 and he breaks the tires loose!?
the story, although it was an original one, still kinda sucked. I mean wtf was the point of the last race??
and the charger smoking it's tires AND doing a wheelstand was the stupidest thing I've ever seen.

at least it was an "imports are the fastest" kind of movie, I found myself half bored watching the show, and half pissed off that there wasn't one decent race that entertained me.

oh well, funny when we walked out the theatre, the rice were revving and spinning all over the place, unfortunatly I took the Durango because my camaro was outa gas and we were late as it was
I did however get behind a majorly riced out civic crx. his 6" exhaust sounded EXACTLY like the cars in the movie! it was quite humerous
I gave chase in the Durango, he was racing through traffic with me on his *** and we get a light side by side, unfortunatly there was a gravel patch so we both took off slow, then I hear him punch it, I hit it too, I was already 1 car ahead when he hit it, but he never got any closer, actually I think i pulled on him a little bit
LOL!!!!
he turned off so i cut across 2 lanes to follow and we get another light side by side, his ugly ho looks up at me like she some hot **** (like in the movie maybe? LOL)and I start laughing hysterically while pointing his car. the light turned green but he didn't race he just turned off AGAIN
LOL!

btw, the durango's best et on the Gtech is 17.5
BUAHAHAHAHAHA!

if only I had my camaro

I thought the movie was pretty good. They had a buch of the cars in the movie on display at the local theater so I got to check them out. They had the orange Supra (bad *** car even for rice.), a blue and silve Eclipse, and a blue nissan (240 or something?). That supra was sweet, 2 very large n2o bottles along with a full sound system and DVD capabilites. BTW its on sale for 100K not sure anyone here would pay that though.
