Southbay doesn't "make" injectors. Those are production pieces, out of some kind of car, which they find in junkyards and the like, clean up, measure & test, and select reasonably well-matched sets.
Without knowing what kind of car they're out of, I can't tell you much more than that. Although in my experience, the yellow/orange injectors came in Frod 302s in the 80s and early 90s. That being the case you can get O-rings for that application. The actual injector part #, molded into the casting, might help tell what they are, and save you some guessing in the future.
I haven't ever had any trouble coming up with O-rings at the corner parts store, if I knew what to ask for.

Oh right it's just I am in the UK might be a bit of a mission to locate these seals. Does southbay not make the injectors then I thought they did? I didn't know they were refurbished.

Re: Southbay Injector o-ring replacement
Does southbay not make the injectors then
The yellow/orange Frod ones are all Bosch AFAIK. If yours look like these, that's what they are. A very common retrofit/upgrade to our cars.
You can see the Bosch logo on these: that thing that looks like 2 semicircles inside a larger circle. https://www.boschautoparts.com/p/pfi-port-fuel-injection- You can also see the part #; 0 280 155 811 for the one on the left. Bosch's part #s are all in that format.
Bosch sort of "color codes" their injectors; the orange ones are 19 lbs/hr at 3 bar, the dull light blue are 24 lbs/hr, etc. There are white, grey, green, yellow, red, orange, purple, and so on. I can't remember what their ratings all are. They come in 2 styles; the 1st design has a metal body, while the 2nd design is all plastic and thinner. The pintle and orifice are different between them but the color coding is the same. The one on the right is a Frod 302 injector. The one on the left is for some other application (and flow rating), I can't recall what, butt I think maybe LS1, rated 28 lbs/hr or thereabouts at 3 bar although the LS1 fuel system runs at higher pressure than the 3 bar standard "rating" pressure. The later Frod 19 lbs/hr ones look exactly like the white one except they're orange. You can see the part numbers on them: there are various databases on the Internet that you can look them up in. You can see that they're the same length, from fuel rail to intake (where the O-rings are), and the O-rings themselves are the same. The O-rings are interchangeable between the top (fuel) and bottom (vacuum) as long as you use the fuel ones on both ends. The OD (ID of the intake port and the fuel rail) is somewhat standardized which is why you can use injectors for almost anything in almost anything else, subject to their flow ratings of course, and their connector style (there are several common ones). If yours are like these, you can order O-rings at your local parts store for something like 2002 Z28 w/ 5.7L and they'll work.
I've used Southbay a few times, and I agree, they are very helpful and generous over the phone. Good people to deal with in general. However, shipping 1 O-ring internationally, is probably not very common-sensical, economically. Better to source that locally.

Re: Southbay Injector o-ring replacement
Please remember if anyone has a problem or question about any of our products we should be the one you contact and we'll be more than happy to help you.
You are correct , we do not make our own injectors...no injector company does. The fuel injector manufacturers such as bosch, siemen deka, delphi, etc make them.
Just an fyi... the fact that they are used in ford vehicles means absolutely nothing. They are not made specifically for ford. They're used in jeep, audi, bmw, etc
As long as an injector has the same flow rate...and same specs they can be used in any vehicle. Injectors are not made for one specific application
Anyway....14mm orings will not work. We designed those orings to fit onto the adapters that we designed as well. You will not find them in an automotive store. You cannot use a standard oring on the adapter because it will not fit correctly into the manifold. If you were using the old style metal body injectors with the orange top....then it wouldn't be a problem....you would be able to use the standard oring. It's been a known fact for years that the bosch lll injectors are shorter than the old stock injectors. That's why we made the adapter and oring for stock set ups....to correct the fuel leaks from the rail due to the difference in height between the bosch lll's and the stock injectors.
Just give us a call and we'll be more than happy to get some out to you. You will just have to pay for shipping.
Sofaking...sorry but the "orange" bosch injectors are not 19lb at 3 bar....they're 22lb...that's why we sell them for the 5.7 engine. They flow 19lb at 39psi.
The LS1 does run 28lb however it's not at 3 bar...they run a higher pressure

no worries at all....believe me half the time my brain is like mush...
Unfortunately though...retrocat is going to have to get the orings from us.

Ah I understand now. I have sent a email to you guys, these are the ones I have it's the o ring which is square type seal. I don't mind paying for shipping for a replacement set of seals + seals themselves. Much appreciated 👍🏼

Not a problem at all. Yes the square orings have to be used on the adapter. If you have a PayPal account we'll just send you an invoice for the shipping

Re: Southbay Injector o-ring replacement
I have the same yellow 22 lb injectors from Southbay. A few years ago, I was doing some work with the plenum/runners/fuel rail removed and I asked Southbay should I replace the square o-rings (quad rings) while I have them out. They sent me a new set of quad rings. No problem.
Just contact them. I'm sure Southbay will help you.
