Help with issues starting

Yea, so I had to replace the water pump, started running good. Except, I go into fourth/fifth gear and lose power as soon as I get up to 55mph. My RPM gauge isn’t working atm so don’t know what RPM. The idler pulley was wobbling with a squeaking sound coming from it. Car started fully losing power and died on me, won’t start now. It attempts, not a starter issue, all pulleys turn. I had to replace the ICM recently which was causing it to not start too, plan on replacing the idler pulley, fully tightened still wobbles when I try to crank. Big confused. Idk a whole lot about cars and all my people 2 hours from me because I just moved.

anyone got any ideas as to what it could be?

Look at anything you just worked with or near when you did the water pump. Have you checked the grounds? All of them?
