Parting words to the wise

Even those who dislike me, listen up, figuratively.
Unless you're absolutely flat broke and every cent of credit maxed out, go get yourself a spare alternator and a spare HEI module before SuperBowl starts. Wrap them in aluminum foil, shiny side out. Then put them in a galvanized can.
Those who are better off, also go buy a new Holley 750 Methanol carburetor. You can distill the stuff from trees.
If you have a carburetor-capable 4x4, put a new set of BFG KM3s on it, the tallest that barely fit. Second choice M/T Baja Boss MTs.
This forum has been a blessing to my life, this is me returning the favor.

You aren't doing anyone a favor by recommending mud terrain tires. Unless you're facing soupy mud on a regular basis, 3pmsf all terrains are the better choice.

Another wacko internet conspiracy theory, the (civilized) world is set to end on Superbowel day....
Ya know, since the whole Y2K thing didn't go as they planned.

And just like that, all the aluminum foil disappeared from store shelves.

This was a common, widespread belief, as it appeared the (my) Lions were going to make it to the Superbowl.

Whoa - you’re a Lions fan too! Feels like I’m the only one here in WNY.
Huge bummer to say the least. 22 minutes away from their first ever SB ☹️

I have to admit Old Guru has been a wealth of knowledge. Very slick, I track what he's saying, in a dog spelled backwards kind of way, lol. Carry On.

For what it's worth, if we're doing this thought exercise, you'd be better off with a horse, or a bicycle.
