Not enough info yet.
Gears, converter stall.
Rpm range desired.
Flat tappet or roller cam?
Almost all hi perf hyd roller cams will need upgrades to the valvetrain to acommodate increased valve lift.
Springs, long slot rockers, etc.
I recomend using 2 Edelbrock 600 cfm carbs on your street tunnel ram.
A lot easier to dial in for a tunnel ram.

Not sure on stall that is something I should have asked i agree on your carbs but I have Holly's already so I will try them anyway I figured on springs didn't think about rockers so still looking for best combo will have a 700r4 behind it need to be able to drive it

Melling #22280 hyd roller. the popular pac beehive springs + comp #787-16 retainer combo work well.
Will need long slot rockers or roller rockers.
Enough cam to make it fun and sound the part yet very street friendly.

As I recall,1986 L98 had either 1 year only Aluminum heads(later production) or '624s(early '86 production )

Converter stall:. More is better if you want to accelerate hard.
A 9.5" (245mm) converter is none too much.
( stall range 2800 4500 rpm)
A stock "Iroc" converter or a "S10" converter will work (298mm high stall). but a higher stall is better especially if you want a bigger duration cam. than the melling cam.

If the heads are #462624 heads. don't expect much. These are VERY LAME HEADS.
Find a better cylinder head.

86 C4 was half iron n half alum, mine has the alum 128 heads. Make sure to get the right plugs for your heads, as parts stores will say short tapered And longer gasketed since it's a half n half year.

Re: L98 out of 86 vette
Think I read the 85 had good pistons & crank, maybe forged. 128/113 alum heads weren't super great anyway, just decent But vortecs are better if you can find a not cracked set. L98 alum heads are like version1, LT1 heads version2 and vortecs the final version3. There are several not too expensive alternative modern design heads out there as well.
Since going street tunnel ram for looks/fun, I'd suggest a small runner good chamber heads like vortecs. The chamber design is just great for street and also small. Others may suggest 200cc or even other smaller aftermarket heads But for a 350 with a tunnel ram, I'd deff try to use vortecs and keep the compression up to have the best driveability. Summit vortecs(still not finished my video) are not a true vortec, they just have vortec bolt patterns But still a good Dart design, they just trade a bit of low rpm torque for more mid/high rpm HP
Far as cam, I still wouldn't know what would best work with a tunnel ram for looks & street. I'd suggest moderate, your asking the engine to do what the intake is not really designed for. Rear gear, comp, LT headers, stall, moderate cam & tuning.

Re: L98 out of 86 vette
if the '85 corvette engine is original,it will have TRW forged flattop pistons for around 9:1 CR with the 76 cc '624 heads. The crank is cast iron, and there is a windage tray-corvette pan does not fit f-body. The forged pistons are early '85 production-cast pistons later.

Re: L98 out of 86 vette
replace the 'vette pan and oil pickup with standard pan meant for 1980-85 SBC-might need minor modification to pan or windage tray to fit. While pan is off, check the little plastic collar on the oil pump driveshaft to see that it has not gotten brittle and cracked. Also use a modern 1 pc oil pan gasket
