Exhaust Manifold Torque Spec

1984 305 ci engine in my T/A
Checking the service manual engines section, I see a spec for these stock manifolds of 75 lb.ft.but under the 350 diesel specs section. This seems excessive. Is
75 lb.ft.correct?

Re: Exhaust Manifold Torque Spec

A 3/8 bolt is probably going to snap before that. Torque for a bolt that size is around 30. 25-30 is fine.
