Recommendation for scanner tool
Just wanted a few ideas on a good scanner tool to aid in tuning and repair for my TPI GTA, I know the Snap On “brick” MT2500 is great but weeding through eBay for one has been exhausting. I just don’t need all the extra stuff when I will only use it for my GTA.

No laptop, if I had one I would do that route. I should of clarified, I don’t plan on doing my own chips just something so I can see air/fuel and pretty much what the sensors are telling the ECM.

Re: Recommendation for scanner tool
That tuner pro rt and the cable would be all in for $120 as long you have a laptop, that’s not a bad deal. May try to dig up my old laptop and give it a shot. Thanks for the suggestions
Also saw some 12 pin cables on eBay for like $55

Frank (the Tank), Moates cable and a cheap laptop. Any windows laptop. If you have a friend that has an old one that boots up it will work. Waay better. Plus, the guys that tune need you to collect data logs and you use a laptop.
I've also found it helps to turn off any cellular/bluetooth/wifi signals near the car while you are doing data collection. Mine was very sensitive.
