1. Remove the instrument cluster (disconnect the speedometer cable from the speedometer).
2. Pull the cable out of the casing.
3. Clean the cable of old lube.
4. Lube the cable with speedometer cable lube. On the speedometer end, leave 4"-6" unlubed (prevents lube from getting up into the speedometer).
5. Slip the cable back into the casing.
6. Re-install the instrument cluster (re-connect the speedometer cable to the speedometer).
