Thermal vacuum switch for distributor

Does anyone know the part number for the thermal vacuum switch for the distributor vacuum advance?
Keep in mind this is for a Canadian qjet car.....(no computer)

Do you have the old one, or even better, a picture of it? What colour plastic are the vacuum ports?
