Car: 1982 Z28
Engine: 350 880 block
Transmission: 700r4
cam
if i do a tpi build on a 880 block do have to change the cam and crank because this was a tbi. the crank number is 14088526 and the numbers on the cam is 215 it also had 395wb and 96r 33.northern auto parts said i would have to change the cam because it was a tbi. and also will my 14101128 heads work with the crank and cam

No you do not "have to" change any of that.
None of it cares what intake manifold (TPI) is sitting on top of it; nor does the intake manifold care what's down below.
Whether the cam you have is "optimum" for the particular shortcomings of TPI, is a different matter. But that's easy enough to fix regardless. I'd throw some random junk stock cam in the trash in a heartbeat, and put THE BEST POSSIBLE choice in its place, specifically designed for whatever I was doing, no matter what intake is involved.
You can be sure however that a 350 crank is a 350 crank is a 350 crank is a 350 crank, and the intake tract is irrelevant to that.

thank you the part's place just keep given me the run around then tell me to change this and that all i want to do i just rebuild this vortec engine

Only heads that are "Vortec", are 062 and 906

Garbage
128 if memory serves, is the early Vette L98 heads. MUCH better than TBI crap. Not "great" maybe, but then, it doesn't take much to be better than swirlies.
