calling all cam guru's/pro engine builders

I really don't know as much about cams as I would like to know ... I do know the can is the heart of the engine and determines how the engine is going to perform as far as idle quality ,power band , rpm range etc...as long as the rest of the engine matches the cam ... And I also know the basics as far as what LSA , lobe center , duration , and lift are n what they do ... What I don't know is how the valve timing events effect everything ? ... And

What do y'all think about this Howards HR cam that is in my fully built 305 ?

488/.495 264/270 114lsa 110 ICL

214/218 @.050

TDC overlap: -12
IO: -3
IC: 37
EO:47
EC: -9

I'm also using 1.6,RR so .520/.528 lift

Basically I'm just wanting to know if this is a decent matched cam for my build I wish I would a went with a 112 LSA or kept the 114 with 220 intake duration and I also believe I should a went with a single pattern cam for the aftermarket heads but I already had this cam when I made the decision to get these heads instead of porting and reusing the swirl ports....

Also I guess I'll give a little more info on the build

.030 over 305 SBC 1991 block
Stock bottom end all checked out turned .010/.010 static balanced all rods and pistons within .5g , spin balanced rotating assembly , all ARP bolts n studs EVERYWHERE! LOL .... then everything was checked/mic'd by myself during assembly ... Speed pro hyperneutic flat tops standard comp. Height ...5cc valve reliefs... Melling HV oil pump w/45-55psi spring (pump came with a 90# lol), but it runs about 60+psi @ anything over 1500rpm , Trick Flow Super 23 175cc heads 56cc chambers , block decked .013 .. Plugs .012 down hole w/ .028 head gaskets for perfect .040 quench and around 10.3-10.7 CR ... Summit stage 2 dual plane intake ported by myself and center divider notched 2" wide by 1.25" down (notched so TBI bores can feed both banks) ..... 620cfm TBI unit with 68# injectors @ 30 psi FP ... AWFUL EXHAUST SYSTEM :-/ ...
Summit shorties w/ tiny 1.5" primaries with crappy crush bent bs after that all way back ...

When I get funds up its getting a billet dizzy, hooker super comp tuned length headers , either a 3.5" system into single muffler or dual 2.5" system all way back ...mabey just to the axle idk .... And prolly a small single plane intake so Ivan port match to my heads ... This intake was port matched to the swirl port heads which have much larger runners ... So there's a large step at the manifold to head transition in the wrong direction lol ... So after all this I KNOW there's ALOT left in this little 305 build (don't hate I like being the underdog n doing **** different / my way ... If I wanted 600ft lbs @ 2500 I would a built more cubes ... Thanks ahead of time for any useful info or suggestions ....oh yea its also a 5 speed car with 4.10's out back
