Cooling Fans turn on in obd Diagnostic mode..Normal?
Hello,
I am trying to get my CEL to flash the diagnostic codes on my 86 tpi and so far havent had much luck. Now, it is completely and entirely possible that my CEL bulb is fried, but thats besides the point for this question and Im replacing it regardless. Question Time:
When I jump a and b terminals the cooling fans come on full blast and stay on. Is this normal? After some searching I havent found anyone with this issue.

Yes indeed, that's normal. Not "abby someone" at all. That's what it's supposed to do.
