Help decoding engine block

Car: 89 Chevy Camaro IROC-Z Convertible
Engine: 350 Corvette Heads bored .30
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 2.77
Help decoding engine block

The engine block ID code is V08318WT. I have yet to find the VIN because the entire block was painted and it has been covered. Any help would be great.

But unless the engine is virgin original what it " was " when it left the factory has little relevance now

Suffix code WT

1969 350 block. Originally rated at 255HP. Had a 4bbl carb and a manual transmission behind it.
