Car: 14 scion tc/91 camaro rs

Engine: 2.5/ 360 pooch

Transmission: 6spd man/th350

Axle/Gears: na/2.73

intake gasket, running lean?

Ok i took my trusty temp gun and checked all header tubes in same spots, i have two cylinders running 80° hotter and one is 120° hotter at 550° . The other five are around 440-460. Would the intake gasket sucking air cause this?
