Wtf ? Thanks !

sounds like bad gears in the motors, because the fuses have nothing to do with the motor being able to hold the light up (slipping gears). I went through COUNTLESS sets of motors from local junk yards with problems like this and worse, LUCKILY they do a swap if bad so i only had to pay for one set. Finally got a set that has worked for over 2 years. Holding my fingers crossed!

Its not the gears they are brand new .. the motors work fine its something do do with a relay or module or something ... the motors never worked at all till I replaced those 2 fuses

Re: headlight motors

I think that's the symptom of the control module going bad. It's a back box on the firewall. Apparently the solder connections crack inside. Try wiggling it or tapping it with the headlights on. Maybe email Lon at top down solutions, he is very helpful and has replacement modules.
