Not a big fan of that camshaft or the grind and it will bind the springs in those heads.

I would use a distributor with a vac advance like the MSD 8360 http://www.summitracing.com/parts/msd-8360/overview/

I'm not particularly crazy about those heads either.Even tho they are advertised as Vortec,it's kinda misleading.It's more of a replacement head.It has the Vortec bolt pattern & raised runner,but,lacks a lot of key features that makes the real Vortecs work.That carb is gonna be a little small for the motor you're planning as well,IMO.I think you could do a lot better parts wise.These are not gonna be a very well matched combo.The camshaft should always be the last part you choose after determining what your final CR will be with pistons,machine work,& heads being used.Choose a cam to work with your motor.Don't build a motor to match your cam.

The carb should be fine, it would probably support 375-400 hp no prob
