I read on another thread about your plumbing for the intercooler, that which involved a merge into the single inlet on the intercooler?
Im doing basically the same exact build and I have an intercooler with one inlet, and one outlet......
Can you give more details and pics of your set up? It would be greatly appreciated!

if u want the simple fix go to summit racing and buy a flowmaster merge.
i did mine that hard way and made my own merge pipe out of 2 pieces of 2.5 inch 45* bend tubing
its hard to explain but basicly i cut the 2.5 inch pipes in half on the stright section , and then put 2 halfs together to make it one pipe with 2 inlets
ull get what i mean when i post up the pictures form my photobucket
give me an hour or 2 and ill get those posted

anyways my car is back on the ground and running. i had some video but after we finished the car we took the dirtbikes out and of course i mounted up my video camera , near the end of the ride we go for a hill climb , buddy makes it no problem on his 450 ,so me and my other buddy look at each other and i gun it , get about halfway up and get into the loose stuff and took a hard hit . they said i was out for about a min .
anyways the hit destroyed my brand new video camera
heres a few pics i took with my cell gota get the pics took with his camera from the top of the mountians and post those up ,
had to give the car and the bikes a bath , its resting place is no longer on the lift yay
the dark lumps are pieces of gravel i had to dig out of my arm
lol lot of my right side looks the same
going out on monday to do it again!!!!!!!!!!

getting better , but might not be able to run the 120# injectors on gas in this thing , ill see what happens as i get some more tuning done

Hey project89, I have been looking for a color for my 70 Chevelle and I came across your thread with the black with blue pearl that was on the nova. Your thread ended without any updated pics. thank guys sorry i aint checked this thread in a while , car is still in the shop for some odds and ends got the idle cleaned up a bit more and it does sound badass , maybe ill have some street vids for u guys this weekend
