Best Fuel Injectors for L98 5.7 TPI
Hello Everyone, what is the best fuel injectors to purchase? I gotta replace my injectors for my L98 5.7 TPI. I believe they are 19lbs stock. Will 20lbs injectors work? or should I stay with the stock 19lbs.

They are 22# injectors on the L98. I got these,

A lot of of 3rd gen 350 TPI owners here have installed these, results generally very good.

Mine are working fine, and I've not seen many complaints about them posted here.
Southbay backs them up with an no questions asked warranty. I don't think you can do better at twice the price. IMO.

Keith, we clean and flow test all of our injectors in house. They all come with a 3 year warranty. If you have any further questions you can give us a shout at the shop tomorrow.

Sounds like exactly what I need. Placing an order.
Edit: Car is running fantastic with these new injectors. Idle is much smoother. Have noticed it takes more cranking to start but nothing excessive. Starting is consistent now hot or cold.

Yes you can use the Bosch injectors for a stock setup. Some people were having problems with high BLM`S so we offered an alternative. The Delphi injectors are great injectors. However most people use the bosch

Re: Best Fuel Injectors for L98 5.7 TPI
Looking to replace the injectors in my ‘88 L98. From what I’m reading, the Bosch work well for many, but others seem to prefer the Delphi, which is the direction I’m leaning toward.
I notice you offer both a 22#, and a 24# Delphi injector, both for the L98...while mine is currently completely stock, I’m intending on later moving to the Vortec heads...I already have the Scoggin-Dickey Vortec TPI manifold, but it will be necessary to run a while longer on the stock L98 heads.
Would you recommend sticking with the 22#, or would the 24# be a better bet, since I’m intending on bumping it up a bit later?

I need to start a serious study of that..particularly since I’ve done a manual swap on my L98, and GM never offered such a package.
I’m running the 5.7 auto MEMCAL currently, and it seems to run well enough, but I’m sure it’s probably less than ideal now...and probably will be even less so once I go with the Vortec heads.

Re: Best Fuel Injectors for L98 5.7 TPI
I've been trying to purchase a set of 8 Delphi 22lb fuel injectors SKU# 4415 since you started the 15% off Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale using promocode SOUTHBAY but it hasn't worked for me. Returns error code (Coupon code "southbay" not valid.) I've tried the promocode as southbay and SOUTHBAY using fully updated Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers.
What do I need to do to complete my purchase and get the 15% off sale price?
