1 piece rear main installation...round 2. help needed
Well I just ripped a felpro rear main seal trying to install it. I had the housing off and put the seal in with a piece of flat wood and a hammer and it wen't in the housing without any problems. I was not able to get it on the crank though and ripped the seal. I just bough a second and need to know the best way to do this. Put the housing on this time then try to get the seal in over the crank? Should I put oil on the crank? or even inside the seal? any help is appreciated

Oil or grease the sealing surface of the seal. Use a thin feeler gauge to help start the lip of the seal over the crank, if necessary.
Some other engines don't use a "seal carrier"; Caddy N* for example. On those, I take a PVC pipe cap, drill some holes in it, and use some long bolts, to turn it into a press; and "draw" the seal in. Not sure if that would work on one of these but if you can't get it the other way, might be an option.

Well I managed to get it on and the lip over the crank without problems. Started to press it in and got most of the way and of course this happened. Is this little bubble a leak waiting to happen or would I be okay? Never done this before
