Axle/Gears: 3.27
What is this?
Does this plug in somewhere? I know is part of the neutral safety switch but I don't know if it plugs in somewhere or to a relay.

This second one is right next to the steering column on the passenger side and don't know where it comes from or if it plugs in somewhere.
