starting problem and stopping problem
91 camaro rs v6 auto
starting problem - my starter went out about a month ago, replaced it and since then when i turn the key it clicks and nothing else. sometimes it starts the first time sometimes i have to try to start the car a few times. start, clicks then start again and clicks if i do it 3 to 5 times and it starts up. all connections on battery, starter, alt, are good, clean and tight, any suggestions??
stopping problem - usually after the car is warm when i come to a stop light and even a few times when im not on the gas, just coasting, the car will die, sometimes it struggles and dies, somtimes it will recover, most of the time it struggles then dies, lately been having to drop into nuetral and keep a lil gas so rpms dont drop. ive heard fuel pump or iac or timing. im not sure where to start, all my vacumms are good

Re: starting problem and stopping problem
Check the ground cable at the block.
The stalling problem might be a dirty throttle body or bad iac valve. Remove the throttle body & clean it up.

You say it clicks...i bet you bought that from autozone rebuilt. the solenoid clicks soits fine. the starter should be brought back and exchanged. bet youll be fine then.

Re: starting problem and stopping problem
well i changed my fuel filter and cleaned my throttle body and egr valve as well. car still is doing the same thing and i pulled codes that i saw pop up right as the car started to struggle 23, and 25
23.Low temperature at manifold air temperature sensor OR Throttle position sensor error (and ive already replaced the temp sensor)
35.Idle speed can not be set to desired RPM
so how to i fix these problems??
