low oil pressure
at cold the cars pressure is good and runs fine, but as it warms up when i come to a stop or idle speed, my pressure will drop to 20 or below into the red and at times with drop to 0 and kill the engine. at red lights i ahve to go into N and give it gas so it wont die. i just had a oil change on it and still no change..

Re: low oil pressure
If the engine dies with low oil pressure, then sounds like you have a bad fuel pump relay. The fuel pump relay should always run the fuel pump regardless of the oil pressure. The ONLY time this doesn't happen, is when the relay is bad, and the oil pressure sending unit takes over as a back-up circuit for the fuel pump.
If there's correct oil content in the engine - maybe the guage is off - might try a new oil pressure sending unit.
It's normal for the pressure to lower when temp increases - cold oil is thick (more pressure) and warm oil is thin (lower pressure). It's also normal for oil pressure to fluctuate while driving (higher pressure at WOT than at idle).

Re: low oil pressure
m2b - sounds like maybe the 0 pressure at idle is a consequence of the engine dying, not the cause. Ie you have another problem.
