Question about fuel line fittings and sizes

I'm a little confused on what fuel line fittings I need. I have a FIRST TPI intake that I will need to connect fuel hoses up to with an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. I know that the FIRST fuel rail connectors and AFPR use 3/8" threaded connections. All the fuel hoses and most fittings I see use a "AN" measurement. I looked and found this 3/8" thread end to 3/8" hose connection. Can I just use the below fittings with hose and skip the whole NPT to AN thing?
