Car stalling LT1 -weekend fix need advice

I have an 89 TA with an LT1 and has been running great for a couple years but has been acting up lately. Basically when you start the car and let it idle or take it for a drive, it will stall. Usually it's a turn of the key or pop the clutch and keep going. The stall is just as if you turned the key off. It's now winter here so the car is not driveable, but in the garage it has stalled. I always have spark leaving the coil so I assume the Opti is working? I can duplicate the trouble by unplugging any of the connectors to do with the coil or the ICM however I have gone as far as to check fuel pressure for ease of mind. (It's fine, around 40psi at idle and briefly more when you bump the gas for a sec). At this point I'd like to try and troubleshoot the intermitent problem but I'm not sure where to begin. I have my mind set that it's electrical. This weekend I am going to check the harness to make sure there isn't a burnt wire or something. I will re-check my grounds. I have no idea if I have a good coil/icm/dist. Are there any good checks I can do? Any other ideas?
Thanks

Thanks
