Several questions for finishing up my car
I got this car several months back in a trade. The PO took out the original TB 305 motor and swapped in a 355, it has summit racing headers and an edelbrock 600cfm carb. It has a few problems though that I can't quite seem to track down.
The biggest thing is that most of my gauges don't work. He cut all the wiring too so thats my problem. I don't have water temp, tach, or oil pressure gauges. The wiring harness is still there for the most part so does anyone know what color those wires were? I'm really desperate here, I'd like it all to work.
It vibrates alot when in drive and at a dead stop. While in park, neutral, or drive(but actually moving) it doesn't do this. Whats up with that?
The doors sag, I've seen alot of threads on this but I haven't found one yet that details changing the pins or anything so if anyone has any more information on that I would really appreciate it. Do the bottom door pins usually go bad too, or just the top? I found both top door pins for $11 so I'm hoping to not have to change the bottom ones too.
Any help anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated...

I can tell you that your best bet would be to talk to LONSAL here on the forums or visit Top Down Solutions on the web. They sell the BEST kit for our cars door pins.

Re: Several questions for finishing up my car
Honestly I can't justify spending that much money on the door hinge kit, I just started college and I'm unemployed so money is tight. $11 for both sides is do-able though, and even if they don't work out right its only $11 that I can take out of my ramen budget

I would change top and bottom pins on one door while your working on it.Then change the other one later, the pins can be apita .When one pin wears out the other pin will have wear also.

Re: Several questions for finishing up my car
Alright I can do that. They're definitely both worn out. I haven't driven my other Camaro in like 6 years but the doors still shut like they're brand new, yet this cars doors shut like crap
