no pwer to ECM

Have an 85 TPI IRoc, just installed a 383 with LT1 heads and intake. Everything is set up and ready to , except power steering pump. I also changed the steering column. Now the fuel pumnp is not working, tried to run codes but nothing from the computer, so I am figuring that the computer is not getting power. Anything that has to do with the computer is not working, fan not coming on either. Fan always came on when checking codes due to the chip, now the fan is not even working. I rechecked all connected that I had to make for the small cap and remote coil, they were all good, so I can't figure out why I am not getting power to the compuer. The only other thing that I was thiunking about doing is using a MAP system. I have a 90-n wiring harness and computer, but can find the information about connecting it to my 85 car. Any help would be great.
