ok i dont no if u wanna call this a little game or what...i just want some other ppls opinions...and suggestions since lot of you have more knowledge then i do in this field...although i may be learning i want to get this all right its not cheap...no power adders all motor combo...right now i have a gm perfomance 350cu crate motor the 290hp 326lbs tq advertised...im thinking of going 383 with it...but this is basically what i want to do...i wanna get into the 11's low 12's would satisfy me as well but yall know how it is faster the better...but this is a street driven car also...so i want to keep it streetable...im not to sure what brands and what is best...but from doing lot of research and reading ive got a rough idea on what you guys suggest for parts...the area that really gets me is the cams and all the flow numbers for the heads etc...be nice to have it atleast get to around 6000rpm right now my redline on my motor is 5100 which kinda sucks lol...i dont want a redicuals compression either...want to keep it below 11...somewhere in the 9-10 range be great...i was thinking about going with trickflows 23 degree weather heads not either a comp or lunati cam edelbrock rpm or victor jr intake and a holly 750 cfm carb...later down the road i would love to add a procharger but that may not happen for a year or 5 years who knows...so not to concerned about that might just rebuild motor when that comes...so for now all motor combo...whats your guys suggested build up...oh im also running a t-5 transmission and i will soon be upgrading the rear end to a 12bolt and was thinking of either going 3.73 or 4.11...if i do go 383 im ganna rebuild the bottom end with all forged parts...anyways thx for any help you can give me would be much appreciated
