edelbrock - rpm air gap and performer rpm
I'm afraid to ask , but after searching I couldn't find the exact answer
I have a '91 Z28
stock hood,
holley street avenger
edelbrock drop down(base) air filter assembly
will either the edelbrock rpm air gap and or the performer rpm fit underneath the hood with no clearance issues?
Yes or No? - or depends on engine mounts?
Thanks a bunch
Andrew

Car: 82 Berlinetta/57 Bel Air
Engine: LS1/LQ4
Transmission: 4L60E/4L80E
Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
FWIW, they both are the same height deck-to-carb base.
They will fit with a drop base air cleaner.
Poly engine mounts typically hold the engine higher than sagged stock rubber mounts. But they are the same as replacement rubber mounts.

Don't use the Street Avenger!
How's that for direct?
Get a double pumper. Much better carb for performance, no different for daily driving (after you add an electric choke).
If you really, really want vacuum secondaries, just get a universal of the same CFM, add a 4150 conversion kit and a Quick Fuel adjustable secondary diaphragm housing, and be done with it.
