Got a few questions..

I was driving around yesterday looking for a car and right when i thought i was done i saw a 3rd gen camaro of to my right off course, i stopped and there was no info on the sticker just a phone number, so i called and noone home, called this morning still no answer. I got a few questions about it, i know for a fact that it is an rs, 5 spd and im thinking a 92 because it has the same gauges has my friends 92 and any other 3rd gen i looked at had the round gauges. I know about 4th gen camaros, but not really 3rd. So how do i know what motor it has in it. Its all stock with duals, so im hoping its a 350 tpi, but from what i read it cant be, so it has to be a 305, but i didnt think 305s had duals??

ALso another question would be if it is a 305 would it be carbed, fuel injected? And i have been reading and most of them are tbi which i think means throttle body injected.. Now i have an 85 corvette with a tpi in it and when i was looking around everyone said stay away from 84 because it is tbi because it was junk and slow.. So is there any difference?

I know there is more ?s i have so i will post in this thread if i think of some more.. THanks ahead for all the help.

91 or 92

I don't know if the gauges are your clue. Look for the air dams on the skirts. I have a '92 and I've only seen those on '91-92. If it is an RS it is most likely a 305 TBI. It may have two exhaust pipes but that doesn't make it a true dual. My Cam has nondual but I have two nice fat pipes out back. Yes, the 305 is slow so be prepared to do a swap.
