Car: i have a 2003 ford zx2 and a 1989 f
Engine: 350 tuned port, 4 banger on the Z
Transmission: 700r4 poop loser
Axle/Gears: 3.23 standard ...one tire fire
350 in a 4th gen

will a 3rd gen 350 carbes motor fit under the hood of a 4th gen camaro ?

The 4th gen LT1 (genII) motors ('93 thru '97) had the same external dimensions as well as mounting points as did the 3rd gen V8's (genI). So yes a genI 350 will work in a 4th gen. A GenI small block will also work in an LS1 4th gen but will require different motor mount locations since the LS1 (genIII) is an entirely different animal than the genI and genII motors. The same clearance issues are still present so carb and intake selection is limited with the stock hood. Since this is not 3rd gen related I will shut this one down. Refer to the following dedicated 4th gen sites for more information. They will be a better reference to you from this point forward.
