fel pro gaskets is all i use if i'm buying them. i build a few engines for a guy that buys no name gaskets from a engine rebuilder supply and he's never had a problem with them, but he doesn't keep anything very long either.

I realy can see why 'ede' cause these Felpro's are like 35 a piece.
If I were pumping out street engines, I would probably use Detroit Gaskets or what ever, for a third of the cost.
Last Checked the Felpro 1010's are 36.99 each & the 1014 run 31.99 each ...and 'sorch60' what I mean by each is one gasket, not a set.
I'll be frank also, I never had a problem with Detroit's, Mr. Gasket or the ones that come with felpro engine kits.
These 1010/14, I guess are considered a performance head gasket.

i love the fel pro one piece oil pan gaskets to, again they're around 35-40 dollars. sucks you can't buy them in a gasket set and have to buy a 4 piece gasket with the set and then buy the one piece as well to get it. i don't know of anyone else that makes one piece oil pan gaskets.

I've used "Cortecco" brand gaskets before, in fact , thats what is in my blazer right now, If you never heard of them, they are a marine performance gasket, very good quality, above the standard replacement felpros, possibly on par with the perfomance felpro stuff
felpro stuff is good too
I get the Corteco stuff from my engine builder

you can always go with factory pieces too. often cheaper than fel pro and you know they're OEM spec.

If you need more than head gaskets, the entire engine gasket set from fel pro is the same price as two head gaskets and it comes with those.
