is this a good combo?
i recently bought a 355 for my 92 camaro. like i said its a 355, flat top pistons, 270h comp cam with .500 lift. my question is should i go with vortec heads, a performer rpm intake and a 750 holley? also can a stock vortec head handle .500 lift with stock lifters? i am a senior in high school so money is a little tight, so i was wondering where the best place is to get some vortec heads. thanks and sorry for all the questions.

best places, bone yard, call around, dont tell them you are building them up, just tell them its a stock replacement for a truck, otehrwise they will probally charge ya more.
use sealed pro power hydraulic lifters, and your intake and carb sounds ok, but it would probally go better with a weiland Team G, and polish it, the polished finish reflects the heat so you get a cooler more dense mixture which means more power.
