Which tool to use?

Lower A-arm bolts, rusted into the sleeves. Which tool do you use?

Bolts won't turn with a wrench or move when hammered on. Don't care about bushings (reason bolts are being removed). Short of a torch, what is the best way to remove the bolts and drop the A arm out?

Thanks,

RBob.

3-foot section of pipe on the end of your ratchet. That was my method as i ripped the entire suspension from my beast. Funny thing was that none of the bolts ever broke, go figure. Dont forget a big old can of WD-40.
