Trickle chargers
Is it OK to leave a battery on a trckle charger 24/7? I don't think this is an issue but I want ed to post to get other opinions

You need to make sure the float has a cutoff when the charge is full, otherwise (with cheapo chargers) you can boil all the solution out, make a heck of a mess in the battery box.

an interesting cheapo homade trickle charger is just a regular battery charger the positive end connected to a small lightbulb then to the battery. the negative on the negative terminal as well. i've never had a problem with this setup.
