Power door lock switch will fully engage or disengage the lock if you operate the switch say four, five or maybe six times. (Nobody ask exactly how many b/c I'm not gonna check. It should be ONE )
Then, I feel this is close enough of a problem to stay in the same post:
Power mirror motor complete inop. What do I check?
Trunk release: I didn't even know that my car came with a trunk release....there was an empty spot where the switch would go. So I bought a switch and solenoid a while back and looked to install them. Low and behold I saw a solenoid sitting below the locking mechanism!
But no switch. It probably fried and was removed. I didn't see the wiring under there though (between the window switches)
Also, I see only one wire coming out of the solenoid, that's how it should be right?
All of these factory options being broken, gotta love it. No kidding this is a real FIXER UPPER huh? My gig list is getting shorter though.

I have had the same problem with my locks. I have just been pushing the button time and time again. Never gave it any thought to actually fix the problem. If you figure it out let us know. It is probably just worn out in my case.

The power lock problem is common. Remove the door panel, clean the hardware with WD-40, then lube with white grease--do the window tracks at the same time. All should work as manufactured.
If you have door/window rattles, try the following:
